TCM + Qi Gong Autumn Health Day
This seminar brings our focus to autumn health preservation, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qi Gong and Taiji. Shifu Liu shares his profound knowledge of TCM and Qigong practices for autumn health preservation and body conditioning.
The day covers: the fundamental principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Yin-Yang, Qi and Blood, meridians and the basic principles of winter wellness; the basic practice methods of Dabei Qigong — Miaofa Lianhuan (moving and circulating interlocking fields of energy), together with traditional practices and mantras associated with Jing (Essence), Qi (Vital Energy) and Shen (Spirit); commonly used acupressure and Tui Na techniques, and the traditional TCM applications of meridians and acupoints for wellness; and guided partner practice of traditional acupressure, Tui Na and wellness techniques for common winter-related discomforts.
The focus is not only on theory but on practical techniques that participants can immediately apply to improve and maintain their own health — methods that, once learned, can be used throughout life for self-care and to support the health of family members.
