38 Form Demo with Live Traditional Music

In November 2019 Chris was invited to give a solo Chen demonstration for the students of Long River Tai Chi and their teacher, Richard Selby, at the Ewen Hall in Barnet.

It was a lovely occasion. All of Richard's students took part, performing a mix of Yang style and Qigong routines. For Chris it was a real pleasure to perform the Chen 38 Form, created by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang, to live music on the guzheng. The guzheng is a Chinese zither, an instrument with a history of some 2,500 years; it was played by Ms Yuet Ho Mok.
