Service Description

Shifu Liu is honoured to once again host renowned Master Chen Ziqiang from our parent school in Chen Village, China, who will be delivering exclusive seminars in London 5-9th March inclusive. In this seminar, Master Chen will cover the Taiji Ball form, with its emphasis on ying yang balance and changes it is ideal for building Qi and developing the core. Not to be missed! Please bring your own weighted ball (eg bowling ball) as only a limited number of spares are available.
