Sorry for the short notice, but now the Duan Wei tests and the Competition practice sessions are over, Shifu Liu has decided to change the timetable to accommodate more classes:-
> Foundation class on Mondays at 6.30pm, this will be at a more challenging pace than the Sunday class but everyone welcome for this important class to refine your posture and movements for the forms.
> The two short Dajia routines are put together on Tuesday night, the Yin and Yang of the Large Frame, with 1/2 hour for each, and
> the new class on Wednesdays at 7.30pm is the Chen 56 Competition Form. This is a complex modern form and good to learn for competition as it demonstrates the variation in techniques and fajin of the Chen style.
This will be our last free tai chi session of the year and we will be in St Paul’s Hall if the weather is bad. So come and join us for a foundation class with forms or other practice suitable for all levels and new students who are beginners to tai chi, bring family and friends too.
Meeting at 1.45pm at St Paul’s Church and walking down to the square for 2.00pm, or staying in the Church hall if it’s raining.
