Tai Ji Circle is a north London school and charity dedicated to sharing and promoting Chen tai ji quan (tai chi chuan) and qi gong (chi kung) exercise, that embodies authentic and traditional principles of Chinese medicine and internal martial arts within our teaching.
Join our 8 week Foundation Courses for beginners, with 6th Duan, Shifu (Master) Liu Quanjun. Learn foundation exercises, movements and the principles and philosophy of the traditional Chen style. With an emphasis on correct posture, staying relaxed, calm and natural. Tai chi and qi gong movements help strengthen the body and improve health and well-being.
