This is our second Chen Tai Ji Beginners course for 2016.
Our accessible 1 class a week pass gives a choice of either 7 trial classes or the whole 15 week Term Two of 15 Foundation classes at TJC. This saves money on drop-in fees. The beginners course gives new students a step-by step practical experience of the basic essential requirements of Chen Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi) and enables them to move on to the next levels more easily.
We will start another course half-way through Term Two on 26 June, to consolidate what has been learnt in the previous weeks and enable Shifu Liu to continue with important posture and movement adjustments to students.
The classes are taught by Shifu Liu Quanjun, 6th Duan, and assisted and organised by Chris of Tai Ji Circle, disciples of lineage heir Chen Xiaowang.
You can attend Foundation Tai Chi classes on Sundays, or attend on other evenings.

Foundation Full Term Course Class Pass
Adult pass at non-member price of £165, or £112.50 for Concessions, is available for 15 classes over 15 weeks (one term).
If you miss a class it can be made up at any other Foundation class. Or start coming to more than one class per week and start the 19 Part Form. Register now to guarantee your place.
If you are unable to make Sundays you can use the Eventbrite pass for the other Foundation classes during the week.
