08.01.17: Camden Chen Tai Chi Beginners Course

Join our Foundation Courses for new students or come and try out our evening classes, with 6th Duan, Master Liu Quanjun and Chris, disciples of 19 Generation lineage heir Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang. Learn foundation exercises, movements and the principles of the traditional Chen style, an internal martial art with an emphasis on posture, staying relaxed, calm and natural. Tai chi flowing movements help strengthen the body, improve circulation, balance, coordination, health and well-being.
The course gives new students a practical experience of the basic essentials and enables them to move on to the next levels and learn the forms more easily. We will start another 7 week course half-way through Term Three on 30 October for new people to join, and this will consolidate what has been learnt in the previously and enable Shifu Liu to continue with important posture and movement adjustments for all his students.
Our accessible 1 class a week pass gives a choice of either 7 classes or the whole 15 classes per term, which saves on drop-in fees. You can attend the one hour Foundation Tai Chi classes on Sundays, Mondays or Thursdays.

7-Class trial Pass (to be used over 15 weeks)

Foundation Full Term Course Class Pass (15 classes to be used over 15 weeks)
Adult pass at non-member price of £165, or £112.50 for Concessions
IIf you miss a class or are unable to make Sundays or Thursdays you can use the Eventbrite pass for the other general classes during the week.
